How to get started?

Move into our gracious home in 4 simple steps.

  • You can begin your application process by selecting Apply Online on this website. If you have issues applying online, please contact us via phone or email to get started.

  • Once your application is completed, we will contact you for a brief interview. Our team will review your application to assess your needs, ensuring that we address your questions and provide you with the best possible support.

  • You have the opportunity to tour our home, virtually or in-person.

  • You get to move in once all paperwork has been completed. These include but are not limited to:

    • application approval,

    • room selection,

    • contract signing, and

    • payment of month-1 rent and fees.

 FAQs

  • We welcome independent and semi-independent seniors (65+), veterans, and adults (18+) from the general population who are able to perform daily living activities with minimal support.

  • We offer both private and shared rooms, depending on availability and resident preference.

  • Our monthly rate includes housing, all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, optional meal, fully furnished rooms, laundry access, and bi-weekly cleaning services.

  • While we are not a medical facility, we assist with medication reminders and support residents in maintaining their health and well-being. Residents must be able to take medications on their own and perform their own self-care.

  • The safety of our residents is a top priority. Our home is equipped with 24/7 surveillance and secure access to ensure peace of mind.

  • Absolutely! We encourage prospective residents and their families to schedule a tour and see firsthand the welcoming environment we provide.

  • Yes, transportation is available for scheduled appointments, errands, and essential needs at an additional cost.

  • Yes, family and friends are welcome during designated visiting hours. We believe in keeping residents connected to their loved ones.

  • We are a strictly drug-free environment and require all residents to comply with our substance-free policy.

  • Yes, we accept a variety of payment options including social security, private pay, and housing support programs. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

  • You can start the process by filling out our online application or calling us directly. We also welcome referrals from hospitals, case managers, social workers, and community organizations.
